Session capacity is limited in order to maintain a highly desirable 1:5 or 1:6
staff/student ratio and provide each student with personalized attention.
HOW TO REGISTER
Step 1: Complete and submit the on-line registration form. Be sure to fill out the form completely, click Submit and wait for the confirmation screen to appear. One form must be filled out for each camper you register.
Step 2: Complete payment. You may choose to make a secure payment on-line
via PayPal, or mail us a check.
CANCELLATION POLICY
60+ days before start of session–full refund minus $15 processing fee.
From 60 to 30 days before start–50% refund.
Fewer than 30 days before session–entire payment may be forfeited.
NOTE: Families who pay for a spot and are wait listed will receive a full refund should we be unable to accommodate them in a session.
LIABILITY WAIVER
A signed liability waiver must be provided with each camper on the first day of camp.
You will receive one via email a week prior to your camp session.
